ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:

  • Undertake the tasks of receiving high volume calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Greet all visitors to the office and notify staff members of their arrival
  • Proofread, distribute and file Executive team correspondence.
  • Miscellaneous duties include receptionist support, fax and copy machine maintenance (fill with paper, distribute faxes, replace toner, etc.), and assisting with company sponsored events as requested.
  • Duties may change from time to time at the employer’s discretion.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Prepare shipping packages for Fedex
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce resumes through staff interviews
  • Organize Company events and travel- booking and confirmation of vendors, monitor responses,

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge:Knowledge of related computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

Skills/Abilities:Good typing skills and ability to use computer applications and telephone,Attentive to detail, accurate and well organized, Cooperative and willing toassist others and work in a team environment, Ability to communicate bothverbally and in writing in a professional manner
