Project Role Description : Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities :

1 Liaising with the customer technical representatives

2 Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features

3 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment

Technical Experience :

1 Should have 4 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles

2 Should have supported Network deployments Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Data Center Switches and Routers, Wireless and F5 load balancer

3 Excellent knowledge in network monitoring tool, configuration on Monitoring tools parameters, events management, and threshold mappings

4 Provide Level- 2/ 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA
