Key Objectives

• Architect and lead projects to their successful deliveries.

• Ensure solution architecture works, can scale, and performs.

• Drive the project’s day-to-day from a technical standpoint.

• Oversee and approve the design of component solution architecture.

• Manage relationships from a technical standpoint.

• Validate level of effort for custom development.

• Provide technical feedback for the implemented solution.

• Provide feedback to improve internal and project processes.

• Consult clients/business on best practices regarding web application development and web system architecture.

• Identify project gaps and drive resolutions to completion.

• Oversee the configuration, upgrade and management of Liferay suite of systems and products to best meet the needs of clients.

• Validate customizations and change requests and manage project timelines.

• Recommend the best solution using the full suite of Liferay products.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the installation, configuration, implementation, and deployment of Liferay’s Java-based technologies.

• Work with engagement managers, project managers and vendors to accept work, estimate level of effort, and define deliverables

• Take ownership of projects.

• Deliver projects and customer value consistently.
