Job Description:
As our Inside-Sales Executive your main responsibility will be:
● Being customer-obsessed and ensuring that the clients are happy with the services
provided & act as the best promoters of our brand through word of mouth
● Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners over calls and advising them on
issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
● Interacting with the existing customers via calls, gaining detailed knowledge about their
business, identifying the key areas of improvement, and developing new customer
insights
● Growing the existing business with at least 25% month-on-month rate through
up/cross-selling efforts
● Increasing the customer’s average order value and existing ordering basket.
● Deliver the core organizational KPIs
● Coordinating with internal teams including pre-sales, Ops, customer service and
commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully
● Work closely with Leadership on planning and executing on the valuable market insights
