Description


We are looking for a Chief Technology Office (India division) to help scale our India operations. The candidates must have experience working in a start up work culture but also have a process driven culture of an enterprise. Auzmor is a HR Tech product company that build products for Mid Market to Enterprise clients. We are looking for a CTO who can bring in a strong technical background and help us scale to a 50 million dollar run rate in the next 24 to 36 months.


Technical  


  • System Design, Distributed systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Scalable and reliable systems
  • Multiple Full Web stack experience ( Front-end, Backend, Database etc), Deep expertise in 1-2 tech stacks ( C++, Java, Node, Go etc)
  • Have shipped 2-3 products (Consumer or SaaS) from ideation to launch and scaled at least 1 product from zero to 10 million users


  • Expertise in DevOps (CI, CD) and in Cloud native environments - public clouds, containers, serverless, kubernetes etc)
  • Drive and Implement best in class engineering practices
  • Experience with Ops - Network, Security, Reliability Engineering 


Product   


  • Worked in a consumer internet or B2B cloud environments
  • Experience working with product leaders C level,VP's , Directors, PMs, Senior PMs etc
  • Familiarity with Data-driven methods to inform decisions about product
  • Have strong sense of end user experience, design

  • Managed a team of at least a team of 50+ Engineers, QA, DevOps, Release engineers etc and have had 1-2 Director/VP level staff
  • Have strong business and product mindset ( ability to collaborate with every functional guy and gain respect)
  • Ability to scale, learn quickly ( ability to work as individual contributor or manage a 250 member)
  • Attract great talent ( set the bar high and help attract great talent)
  • Resource efficiency ( ability to pull things off with lean resources)


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
