Job Description: 

As an SEM In LetsTransport, you will be responsible for the complete product line, working directly with a product team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to empower people by building our next generation of applications. As a technology leader, you will help us build futuristic products for our clients. You will be leading a full stack team and be responsible for their growth, deliveries, and retention.

Responsibilities

●       Manage the performance and career development of a team of 20+ full-stack engineers along with junior managers, and own end-to-end products of an org business line that require design, architecture, and reviews.

●       Participate with senior management in developing a long-term technology roadmap.

●       Be a role model and professional coach for engineers with a strong bias for action and focus on craftsmanship.

●       Work with peers across teams to support and leverage a shared technical stack.

●       Manage teams to scale distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, review code, and deliver with speediness and quality.

●       Develop multi-tier scalable, high-volume performing, and reliable user-centric applications that operate 24x7.

●       Produce high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed and checked in regularly for continuous integration

●       Be a strong proponent of setting up the right processes that make engineering deliverables more efficient and resilient.

●       Lead and participate with your peers in raising the hiring bar for the overall engineering team

●       Understand the product and project management space with Agile methodologies.

●       Experience across the product development SDLC

●       Exposure working in any Cloud Platform, i.e. Azure, AWS, or GCP.

●       Understanding of Microservices based architecture

●       Excellent communication skills,

●       Strong decision-making skills, metric-driven operations, and ability to motivate and maximize productivity in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications:

●       B tech, BE in computer science or equivalent experience

●       10+ years of programming experience in architecture, performance, scale

●       4+ years of engineering management.
