About the role
Designation – Regional Sourcing Manager - North
Experience – 4-8 Years
Job Location – Delhi (Will be looking after North region for Lets Transport)
This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of sourcing of a region for Lets Transport.
The person should have high drive to meet targets and should be able to manage large geographical team effectively. Candidate will be working closely with Regional head and National Sourcing Manager towards creating a high performing team which can deliver targets for a high growth company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all day to day Sourcing for the region (Maharashtra and Gujrat)
· Work closely with Business development team and operations team to ensure the client expectations are properly met in terms of time and quality of sourcing
· Build and develop the required team to achieve the targets
· Drive efficiencies to maintain sourcing Service levels and expand margins of the region.
· Build and implement processes to increase the overall efficiency and reliability of the region
· Participate in cross-functional projects for high priority initiatives and bring process and data-driven focused approach to support the organization's goals.
· Drive change management to ensure efficient implementations of any new strategic change.
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Product, Sales and New initiatives with the objective to drive stakeholder success
· Ensure excellent customer and partner experience
KPIs:
· Confirmation ratio (fulfilment rates)
· Gross Margins for the region
· Customer and Partner success metrics (Customer NPS, Partner NPS)
· Supply side Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
· % Opportunity Conversion - Due to pricing
Requisites / Prerequisites:
· Graduates from Tier 1/2 Engineering colleges/Post Graduate from Tier 1/2 Management colleges with good academic performance.
· 4-8 years of frontline Operation/sourcing/channel management experience or P&L Management
· Strong leadership qualities to lead a large geographically spread team
· Ability to manage conflicts and good stakeholder management skills
· Multi-tasking capabilities and inter departmental coordination
· Product first mindset and relevant experience is a useful plus
· Experience in channel management in B2C space will be very useful
· A strong team sport background is a plus (showcasing the long term commitment and rigor).
· KPIs Handled: Delivery Fulfilment/ Service levels, cost related KPIs, Revenue growth and Margin KPIs, project management, Process or change management, channel management.
