About the Role:
- We are looking for a detailed oriented, data/business analyst who can create and validate matrices and MIS of demand, business operations, communications, inventory, sales, PnL and can look for trends in the data.
- The role is in eCommerce operations where the entire data of communications, inventory, sales, inbounds, etc, is to be maintained is accordance with SOP.
Responsibilities:
- Creating MIS of Business and operations metrics, Inventory, Purchases, GRNs, sales, returns, shipping, etc.
- Taking actionable based on the SLAs set in the processes.
- Identify trends and create insightful information out of data and matrices.
- Cross-checking MIS to identify missing entries or open transactions.
- Checking for data/process errors and working around to get them corrected with relevant teams.
- Self contributor with the ability to learn processes and understand new setups to ensure correct MIS creations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of experience in Advanced Excel
- Must be good in English
- Knowledge of Metabase or SQL is a plus
- Good Communication Skills both verbal and written
- B.Com or Graduate in any relevant stream
Note: Bangalore-based office job (HSR Layout) for 6days a week.
