Job Title: Customer Retention & Marketing Communications Expert


Experience: 2-4 years


Job location: Pune


Core Responsibilities:

• Help create a cross-sell strategy for the existing customers and also establishing

better connect with customers impacting customer loyalty, brand recall etc.

• A complete ownership mindset- work in a dynamic environment & deliver with a

complete 'go-getter' attitude

• Working on omni-channel remarketing tools

• Understanding product offering & find the right product fit for customers

• Designing communication strategy for cross-sell & reducing churn

• Collaborating with brand & creative team to own creative strategy

Preference and Experience:

• Analytical bent of mind

• Extremely good written communication skills

• Understanding of digital marketing & remarketing platforms

• Proficiency in analyzing campaign & customer data

• Good decision making skills

• Experimental bent of mind

• Worked on customer engagement marketing tools

• Experienced in writing customer communications

• Worked on customer journeys on mobile apps

• Experience in digital marketing, startup, fintech, strategy with focus on analytics

and customer communications


Academic qualifications :

• Graduate / MBA
