• Help create a cross-sell strategy for the existing customers and also establishing
better connect with customers impacting customer loyalty, brand recall etc.
• A complete ownership mindset- work in a dynamic environment & deliver with a
complete 'go-getter' attitude
• Working on omni-channel remarketing tools
• Understanding product offering & find the right product fit for customers
• Designing communication strategy for cross-sell & reducing churn
• Collaborating with brand & creative team to own creative strategy
