Job Title : Assistant Manager – Accounts  


Experience : 1-3 years 


Job location : Pune 


Core Responsibilities:- 

• To prepare budget and projections for the Group. 

• To prepare investor data on a monthly / quarterly basis. 

• Assist in preparation of SOPs from Finance perspective. 

• Preparation and tracking of ESOP working. 

• Review of system reconciliations with books of accounts. 

• Responsible for preparation and presentation of MIS including the variation analysis. 

• Co-ordinate with the statutory / tax / GST auditors for timely completion of audits. 

• Maintaining compliance with income tax, GST etc. including any assessments from the respective departments. 

• Supporting legal team with respect to RBI or any other compliances. • Suggest improvements with respect to systems, practices, MIS etc. 


Preference and Experience: 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Accounting Software. • Article-ship from Big 4 / large CA firms will be preferred. 

• Post qualification experience of 1-2 years from Big 4 / large CA firms.

• Good verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent analytical skills. 

• Experience from Fintech Industry will be preferred.
