Job Title : Engagement Specialist

Core Responsibilities : 

Brief – EarlySalary is the country’s largest Salary Advance and Digital Lending start-up and today working closely with companies to offer financial wellness and instant salary advance solutions to corporate employees. While the Partnership team builds strong channel partnerships across industry to reach out employees of companies and offer its solution to the end user via multiple employee engagement is the key task for the Engagement Specialist. 


  • Responsible for engaging with corporate employees for selling ES products
  • Coming out with innovative employee engagement plans
  • KRA – no of loan logins & disbursals
  • Engaging with Corporate HR to finalize & execute employee engagement plans / calendar
  • Ensuring that the mapped corporate stays active by conducting regular activities 
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing Competition / Market Intelligence 
  • Responsible for ES penetration within corporate by increasing the no of loan disbursals per corporate
  • Work closely with BD – Hunter/KAM/Marketing to optimize the employee engagement and thereby generating more business/loan disbursals.
  • Highly results driven, comfortable working in a fast moving and multi-tasking environment.
  • Good people engagement, event handling skills
  • Capable of identifying employee’s interest and coming out with both online/virtual & offline activities for engagement. 
  • Study competitor activities and tracking of the business figures to formulate strategies.
  • Provide engagement feedback to both ES & corporate HR. 
  • Must be a self-starter and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Should possess Knowledge of the Fintech industry.


Preference and Experience:


  • Event management / Employee Engagement / B2C background
  • Good Interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills with Excellent networking ability across stakeholders both internal and external
  • Good at getting work done from multiple stakeholders internally & externally across different departments. 
  • Updated with market intelligence – overall market scenario, competition, latest trends in business etc. 
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the organization's Annual Operating Plan (AOP).


Academic qualifications :


  • Post graduate in MBA (Marketing) / equivalent
