Job Brief: We are seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product management and business analysis, with a focus on coordinating with developers proficient in .NET, C#, and Blazor to ensure the successful delivery of innovative products.

As an IT services company, we have multiple product companies within ATC.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and the development team.
* Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic growth opportunities.
* Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team is focused on delivering the most valuable features.
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication and collaboration between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment with project goals.
* Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the relevant domain.
* Monitor and report on product progress, performance, and outcomes against the project plan and stakeholder expectations.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process flows.
* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Provide support and guidance during user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth post-launch transitions and support.
Required Skills:

5. Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with web and mobile application development.
* Basic understanding of database management, ETL processes, and system integration.

7. Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development projects.

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and iterative development.
