Summary: Perform the Siebel, OBIEE, and Informatica\DAC related activities to support the migration to a new environment at the customer’s MXG datacenter. After migration, the candidate will augment dassault Operations Support team for day-to-day support activities.

Ongoing Day-to-Day to PROD and Non-Prod environments after migration: Tasks to include (but are not limited to) the list below. Support is a split responsibility between named full-time operations resources and the candidate. The candidate may be requested to perform the below operations on non-prod and prod environments:
Siebel:
Tune and administer Siebel Enterprise IP 23.x Servers and components in a Windows environment.
Migrate Code (SRF, repository, non srf items) to various Non-prod and Prod environments.
Apply application upgrades and patches to existing Siebel Enterprises.
Follow best practices in the administration and tuning of Siebel systems.
Monitor Siebel environment and troubleshoot \ address system or performance issues.
Manage load balancing of servers and components
OBIEE:
Tune and administer OBIEE 12c environment.
Tune and administer Informatica and DAC.
Administer ETL and data warehousing applications and tools.
Migrate OBIEE \ ETL code to various Non-Prod and Prod environments.
General:
Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams related to new software releases, system changes, product release, application testing and integration topics.
Work closely with development teams regarding support of daily issues.
Manage multiple development environments (code merge/conflict resolution).
Create and maintain documentation for systems and procedures including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, and conduct User Audits.
Participate in general systems administration functions for other applications as time permits.
